CHARGE CARD INFORMATION
- We do not retain any of your charge card information on this site. We never see it, we do not know it, it cannot be stolen from us.
- Any refunds we post to your charge card will take up to a week to view at your end.
- If you use a charge card and you receive an error message that your card was declined, we cannot claim that charge. Even if you call your charge card and they tell you that you have charged to us and we have to refund you -- they are wrong. We cannot claim it and we cannot refund it. Furthermore, the charge will stay on your account for almost a week. That is not anything we can control -- it is a measure set up by your charge company to reserve funds for potential purchases. Even if the nice clerk at the call center tells you different, that is the way it is. Please do not hound us on this matter. If your card is declined, we will not charge your card (we cannot).
